[Gramene] DAS sources

Hi

I see some of the DAS sources for Gramene have 1,100000 as a test  
region. Is it possible to make this smaller say 1,10000 as at the  
moment most queries for the larger range take a very long time and are  
breaking the DAS registry validation I think.
If not I guess I can put some sort of limit on this range in the  
registry although obviously in some cases this may not be a sensible  
range to choose....
