Dear Curator,
In my study I have picked significant SNPs as being associated with traits
of interest - say blast disease of rice. In order to know if any QTL for
blast was reported earlier in this location would it be appropriate to use
the SNP query function.
I know the physical position of the SNP marker (pseudomoloecule version 6).
Could I use this information and check if any QTLs were detected in
previous studies by running a SNP query for the trait of interest
http://www.gramene.org/db/diversity/snp_query?species=rice&chr=1&object_name=Blast
In the information you have start and stop position for the QTL I wonder if
this would be based on Pseudomolecule version 6 of Nb
Thanks
Regards
Chitra
