[Gramene] rice gene ontology annotation

Dear Dr.,
I am searching for rice gene ontology annotation files where GO terms as
well as Loci information are available. I have visited Gene Ontology
Consortium (http://www.geneontology.org/GO.downloads.annotations.shtml) to
download such file but puzzled.  The file submitted on 10/28/2011 has 49322
annotated entry but the read me file statistics is old one. I want to know
whether number of Go annotation is decreased due to update of annotation.

I will be highly obliged if you kindly help me in this regard.
