[Gramene] Target id

Hello,
I was wondering if you could inform me a little about the target % id and
query % id when viewing genetic paralogs or orthologs. What exactly is this
percentage describing? Is it describing the percent similarity of the gene
of interest to the shown paralog? What is the main difference between the
target % id and the Query % id? Any information that I could be given on
this would be greatly appreciated.
