Marcela Monaco is working on the tool and out for the next week and half.   She has a working models now that we are making some modifications for ease of use for display.  I believe Marcela would be happy to give you access to the current version and would value feedback from you on this.

Hello -

I wanted to ask about MaizeCyc - the website indicates that you will have a new version up, based on the v2 maize filtered set genemodels sometime this month (May 2011).  Is this a realistic timeline, and if so, do you have any more precise estimate?  I am working on some gene sets that I'd like to analyze using this tool, and would prefer to use the newer version, if it is released within a short timline - however, I can also do it with the current tool, if the new version is delayed.
