[Gramene] lycocyc 3.0

Dear Aliah,


If you go to the LycoCyc site on Gramene with project info 
(http://gramene.org/pathway/lycocyc.html), there is a download link. 
This connects to the source repository from the SGN project. We do not 
redistribute the pathway data dumps that are hosted as mirrors of 
existing primary resources. LycoCyc is one of the mirrors.
