Thanks for the reminder.

I have reviewed the proofs. They look great. Could the corresponding author be changed to Doreen Ware (last author), email ware at cshl.edu. 
I have one question; under Funding there is the edit: "Funding for open access charge: XXX.". Do you need me to provide something here, or will it be auto-completed upon the charge being made?
