[Gramene] [bioportal-announce] BioPortal Web interface updates

We are pleased to announce updates to the BioPortal Web interface:

      . We have redesigned the Views tab for ontologies to provide greater
ease of use: http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/42483#views

      . The Ontology Widgets (term-selection autocomplete, visualization,
RSS feed, and Jump To BioPortal), developed in Javascript, are now fully
compatible with Internet Explorer 8:
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/42483#widgets

 

Bug fix:    

. Icons for OBO format ontologies to indicate is_a and part_of relationships
are now visible
