[Gramene] questions about plant compara in gramene

Hi All,

I am Jinfeng Chen from China. From the website I found you have done a very excellent work on plant synteny analysis. I am writing to ask if you can share more details about the analysis. We have a new sequenced genome of wildrice and intend to use compara pipeline to do systeny analysis. Can you give me some clues on how to integrate our new sequence into the current compara databases you have created? We have done some analysis based on Blastz-net pipeline. Can we just transfer these results into compara or need to rerun these steps using compara pipeline? More problems are concerned about the parameters and analysis strategy differences. So I think your suggestions are much important for us. Thanks!
