Dear Rohan,
We really appreciate your interest in the BrachyCyc and would be happy
to help you in your research. The current BrachyCyc database is not yet
released for public use. It is still under development stage and is
visible on our dev website in the beta version. Therefore it is not
available for download at this time. You are more than welcome to use it
with our disclaimer that it is a beta version and the contents are
subject to change when the revision happens. We will not take
responsibility of any lost data or bad prediction of the pathway and
annotation in these versions.
We are actively working on making it public in the next couple of months.
Sincerely
Pankaj
