Good morning

I'm working at CIAT at the Andean Common Bean Breeding Program and my
proyect is about the integration of the physical and genetic map of this
specie. I have read a lot about the usage of the CMAP application and I
would like to use it for the integrated map grafics. Neverthless I could not
find if there is a option where I can write all the information I have about
the physical and genetic maps of common bean. I'm not really interested in
making comparisons to species other than arabidopsis (but for now I just
want to draw the integrated map chromosomes).

Is there any way I can use the tool you developed in common bean only?

I really appreciated you help.
