[Gramene] Orthologue full information

Hi

I need to know how to get all the orthologues between rice and  
Arabidopsis (and the other way comparison) with % identity for all  
known rice genes (/all Arabidopsis genes). I've followed previous  
instructions using Gramenemart (even the newer version) and still I  
only get the lists, no sequence identity information. It would be  
useful to have clear instructions on how to extract that specific  
information for the full genome comparisons between both species.
