[Gramene] diversity data from maize newest update

Thanks for letting us know.

As the current diversity db has no much dependence from other dbs, I don't
see much problem to include the new updates to the current build.

Terry/Ken,
Correct me if I am wrong. If no problem, please go ahead to ask Wei to
provide us a sql-dump to populate/update maize diversity 27. Thanks.
