[Gramene] notes and action items from the meeting

Hi All,

 

In order to better track discussions at the meeting and tasks, I would
like to ask that people update the wiki meeting notes, so the group
could refer back to these.

 

Here are some of the action items I remember but I am sure I missed
some.   I have added these to the wiki.

SNP facelift will be targeted to next build, after the group discussed
this, there is not enough time to do this properly.

Gramene retreat will take place at CSHL based on discussions from the PI
meeting last week

No meeting next week with Holiday

Evaluate existing protocols for working with other community databases.
Define communication standards, timelines and exchange

Evaluate rationale, overlap with existing resources and requirements to
implement alignment of genome transcripts as part of cereal alignments
for the next build
