Dear all,

I would like to bring your attention on a new phylogenomic database
called *GreenPhylDB* which has been developed at Cirad.

This is a comprehensive platform for comparative genomic analyses of
Arabidopsis/ thaliana/ and /Oryza sativa/ full genomes.

The database offers the most complete plant family list manually
curated. The major part of these families has been analyzed with an
optimized pipeline of phylogeny which provides an indicator of
phylogenomic prediction. GreenPhyl is available at the following address:

http://greenphyl.cirad.fr/

In addition, GreenPhylDB includes *GOST* (GreenPhyl Orthologs Search
Tool) to predict orthologous relationships between any plant sequence
and O.sativa\A.thaliana gene(s).

We are looking for feedback. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could
have a look and provide us some comments.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Best regards,

**Dr Périn
