Dear Atefeh Sabouri,
Thank you for your feedback on the exercise. I am very glad you found it
helpful.
I am the outreach person at Gramene, and the exercises and tutorials fall
into my responsibilities. There are several tutorials available online at
http://www.gramene.org/tutorials/.
The Navigation tutorial will demonstrate how to navigate through the website.
The Overview will give brief overviews of each of the Gramene modules.
After that, there is a tutorial for each of the search options - genes,
proteins, QTL, Genome browser, etc.
The exercise you are talking about was created for a specific audience
with example of interest to them (it is also available from the tutorial
page, under the RTWG exercises). You may wish to use the example in the
exercise, but if you have a more applicable question for your audience,
let me know and I can work with you on how to answer your scientific
questions. Please let me know how else I can assist you.
You may contact me at cer17 at cornell.edu
Sincerely,
Claire Hebbard
Gramene Outreach Coordinator
