genome annotation - combiner algorithms

Hello All,

nGASP (http://www.wormbase.org/wiki/index.php/NGASP) is currently in 
Phase II which is open to combiner algorithms or pipelines utilizing 
gene models from other annotation software as input data.  A list of 
candidate participants is below.  To maximize participation in Phase 
II, could you please let me know of any additional software packages 
which have been omitted.

     * Ensembl Pipeline
     * GeneComber, Francis Ouellette
     * GLEAN, Aaron Mackey
     * Jigsaw, Jonathan Allen
