Proxy error when trying to access Blastview

I got the following message when trying to use the Blast tool on Gramene
today:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /multi/blastview.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused

Is that a problem with my connection or is it really down for a while?
