gene ID question

Hi-
I have three rice data files with different IDs: 1) the sequence file with
IDs like "385.m00201" (TIGR model ID); 2) the GO annotation file with IDs
like "Q6AUP3" (SwissProt?); 3) a gene-centric file with IDs like
"LOC_Os03g25300" (TIIGR locus ID).  Is there a conversion table that I can
download to map these these IDs?
