Gramene Website should be available

To Gramene users and Rice-e-Net:

The Gramene website at www.gramene.org should be accessible to all users 
once again.

Due to a dispute last week between two major ISPs, the Gramene web site may 
not have been accessible to certain Internet users. This may have been true 
for many other sites, as well. The dispute is resolved temporarily for now, 
and you should currently be able to access the database at Gramene. We 
apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your 
patience and understanding.
