Previously I have put in a BAC ID eg AP003047 into Feature search and it
gives me a link to the rice TIGR Pseudomolecule Assembly . I can then
add the wEST 2003 map and view the correspondence between the rice BAC
and the wEST 2003 map.

I no longer get a hit on the rice TIGR Pseudomolecule Assembly when I
search with a BAC ID. The only map sets I get a link to are AGI FPC 2002
and I-Map(FPC). I am really interested in the predicted position of a
gene in wheat but I am not able to search with a TIGR Loci eg
Os01g08700.

What should I put in Feature Search to view the position of a gene or
BAC in the RICE pseudomolecules map so that I am then able to add the
wEST comparative map and view the correspondence between the 2 maps.
