SSR marker position (Noel)

Hi, 

 

I am doing QTL mapping and am now analyzing my data. I find that in my population, RM 4915 seems to map at the beginning of chromosome 12 and RM2578 seems to map at the end of chromosome 7, which are not the expected chromosomes based on the TIGR pseudomolecule. Any possible explanations?
