Dear Khaled,

Thank you for using gramene database and being interested in our data.

For "IR64 x Azucena" DH population, we have three different versions of
map sets in Gramene:
1. Integrated IR64/Azucena DH QTL
http://www.gramene.org/db/cmap/map_set_info?map_set_aid=cou2001a

2. IRRI IR64/Azucena DH RFLP QTL 2003
http://www.gramene.org/db/cmap/map_set_info?map_set_aid=raj2003a

3. CNZU IR1552/Azucena RI RFLP AFLP SSR QTL 2004
http://www.gramene.org/db/cmap/map_set_info?map_set_aid=mac2004a

>From the above URLs, you can download the marker and map data by selecting
"Download Map Set Data".

Currently, Gramene does not house raw segregating genotype and phenotype
data for different genetic populations. Please contact with the original
authors if you are interested in those. Good luck.

Hope this info helpful to you and please let's know if having further
questions.

Regards.
