cDNA sequence

Hi Dra. Santos,

I believe this transcript, which was a raw fgenesh prediction, corresponds to
http://www.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/transview?transcript=LOC_Os04g40080.1&db=core
We don't have this database active anymore, so I'm not sure.

I determined this by blasting the translation against Rice: TIGR peptides and
the gene sequence against the Rice Genome using the Blast interface
on our web site. These were from old fasta files that happened not
to have been cleaned up.

If this is not correct, perhaps you can find the gene you want with a blast
search.
