QTL data down load

  Hi,
  I am trying to download QTL data as tab separated values. Where can I get the recent version?
  I am trrying to download it from the Databases as tab-separated-value files
Databases as tab-separated-value files, but if I download QTL19 it has only SQL statements. 
  How can I get the data.
