LG from Gramene MySQL db

Dear Sebastian,

I guess your "LG" stands for "Linkage group", right? In that case, we call
that "map" in our database.

On the following page, you can see:
http://www.gramene.org/db/markers/marker_view?action=marker_search&marker_id=13157

in "Mappings", one column called "Map" has "LG-03".

Hope this info helpful and let's know if having further questions.
