Hi,

Thank you for being interested in using our database.

As I know, there are still no research groups to announce they have cloned
Xa4 gene. However, one gene very closely linked to Xa4 gene, Xa26, has
been cloned although there are no allelic tests to verify it is allelic to
Xa4. I think you can use its sequence info for your research. Please
find your info on:
http://dev.gramene.org/db/literature/pub_search?ref_id=8189
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/viewer.fcgi?db=nucleotide&val=38018107

We will include the related info to Gramene soon.

Good luck.
