FTP data directories are empty

Hello,

I am trying to download the QTL tabbed data from the ftp site.

ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/CURRENT_RELEASE/data/database_dump/

The mysql-dumps directory is empty, I do not expect any data in the 
oracle_exp-dumps dir (but would really appreciate that formatted data) 
and the text-dumps directory actually contains the sql schema files, 
but no data.  Am I looking in the wrong places?  Thanks.
