help needed on gramene blast results

Dear Sir,
I met a question of explaining the blast result:
 
I did blast using my nucleic acid sequence against wheat ESTdb.
In the results there included three parts
i.e. Alignment Locations vs. Karyotype ,Alignment Locations vs. Query  and Alignment Summary . I can not understand the first part. Is that the rice chromosome or wheat chromosome? What does that mean?
