Dear Oscar,

I am not sure what you mean by "complete ontology tree", however you can 
get the trait ontology from Gramene's ontology site at
http://www.gramene.org/plant_ontology/index.html#to
or by browsing them at
http://www.gramene.org/db/ontology/search_term?id=TO:0000387

The most recent trait ontology files can be downloaded from
http://brebiou.cshl.org/viewcvs/Poc/traits/
