about the marker position

Hello,

This has happened because Gramene updated in July 2004 to the TIGR
Assembly 2004, as you have pointed out.  The sequence alignments were
updated and therefore marker positions have changed. We hope that in the
next few years, problems such as this can be accounted for.  Let us know
if we can help with anything else and good luck with your research.
