Janet,
Gramene carries the wheat EST deletion map from Chinese Spring. It
appears that your two ESTs were not mapped on that map. However, we
can compare the Rice genome assembly to that map using other mapped
wheat ESTs. Here's a view comparing rice chromosome 1 to wheat
chromosomes 3B and 3D:

It appears your markers are at the telomeric region of the short arm
of homoeologous group 3.
