promoters sequences of prolamins

Greetings Manoj,

If you go to the new GrainGenes Field-based Search at 
http://wheat.pw.usda.gov/cgi-bin/graingenes/search.cgi?class=sequence
and query for "*glutenin*promoter*" in the Title field, you'll find 59 
promoter-containing sequences of glutenins.  All the ones I looked at are
HMW glutenins.  Some of them have primer sequences already indicated.

For a gliadin sequence containing the promoter region see X01130.  For
an LMW glutenin see X07747.
