MySQL databases ?

Hi Laurent,

CMap works with MySQL
The Sequence database mostly works with MySQL, because it's basically EnsEMBL.
Some scripts, like unisearch, don't.
Other modules don't work with MySQL.
We've started working on getting everything to work with MySQL and don't yet 
have an idea of when we'll be finished.
