I'm a Ph.D student (Biotechnology) working on "The Genetic Regulation of biosurfactant production and it's coorelation with esterases"......
 
While searching the literature I came across this Paper 
"Relative staining strength of esterase bands changing according to staining agents" by Dongxu, Zixian and Xide....but the journal is not available in our institute..........so, if possible kindly send me the full text or paper or the PDF version, it would be of great help in my work.
