Dear Dr. Gramene,

Are you aware of any programs that can locate MS
polymorphisms of significant size between two animal
strains, for example?

i am doing a blinded approach of creating MS markers
and it is a bit time consuming to identify meaningful
markers.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciate.
