SSAHA in Oryza

Dear Colleague,

I am very much interested to use SSAHA to search 
for SNP in Oryza sativa genomic sequence. While 
the Ensemble SSAHA search server seems to be 
specialized in certain genomes, I was unable to 
locate a server to do my search online for Oryza 
sativa.

I would like to ask you for any information on SSAHA servers on line for rice.
