Gramene EnsEMBL

Hello Line,

Gramene is using version 13 of the Ensembl schema, with a few added tables,
columns and indexes. I believe and will soon verify that it would work with
MySQL, except that we've customized unisearch in a way that needs to be
fixed.

CMap and the QTL module should work under MySQL with no changes.

Ontology, Protein, and Literature modules currently work only with Oracle.

We are working on making everything MySQL-friendly, but haven't set a release
date.

Maybe someday I'll start following my own advice.
