shaking position!!

Hi,

this is my second mail. I tried a blast search with a test sequence and 
got the homology as "Chr 4.3 from positions 1143309 to 1143178". When I 
tried to look at the details, I was led to Chr 4.1 when I entered the above 
mentioned positions! What might be wrong? please help.
