help about install gramene locally

dear gramene member:
   I hope to install gramene locally,and I follow gramene install uide http://www.gramene.org/documentation/gramene_installation.html;
it says that I should install gramene data:
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/gramene_database/gramene_text_db.tgz 
but it seem no such data in the ftp site,can you give me some information about it.
