Marco,

If you are referring to the genetic and comparative maps (what you see
when you click on "Map Search" in the navigation bar on the left),
then I can tell you that this data is available on our FTP site.
There is a link under the "Downloads" section entitled "Genetic Maps"
which links to:

    ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/maps

The data is in plain-text, tab-delimited format.  The files were
generated by CMap, a genetic and comparative mapping application which
I wrote.  For more information on CMap, please see:

    http://www.gmod.org/cmap
