Your Ontology browser vs DAG-EDIT

Hi...

Is it possible to install only your Ontology Browser which shows an 
integrated view of the various ontologies (Gene, Plant, and Trait) as a 
stand alone product? And if so does it require Oracle or can another DB 
be used (or does it use the flat files)?
