Genetic Map Download-feature_name<->Marker sequences

Dear Sir/Madam

I downloaded the Genetic Maps 'gramane.maps.zip' on your website and was
wondering where one can get the DNA sequences that has been mapped to the
feature_name column?

Is there a way to download those sequences mapped to the feature_name/loci
column? If they have been submitted to genbank then is the corresponding GB
accession number available?

I am asking with specific reference to 
Oat-Cornell_Diploid-1995.dat
Wheat-Cornell_Synthetic-Opata_1995.dat
Barley-NABGMP_SxM-1993.dat 

So for example, in Wheat-Cornell_Synthetic-Opata_1995.dat,
at position 
26.4 on 1A, has the feature_name/loci ABC156, is the DNA sequence that maps
to this loci available somewhere?
