downloading all the mapped QTLs

You are right, RiceGenes database, had the QTL info but we do not maintain that
information anymore in Gramene. However, we are working on putting together the
rice QTL data in Gramene in a new format and it should be available soon.

As I said this is a work in progress and it should not have appeared on the
feature list at.
