Barley EST database

Hi,

I'm working here from UC Berkeley trying to blast some things against
the Barley EST database.  However I'm getting an error: 

FATAL:  Could not open the database:  Barley_EST

EXIT CODE 18

I was wondering if u knew what is causing the error.  Thanks for your
help.
