The new definition and the comment makes it clear. 
Do you think the alpha and beta subunits should also go in as part of casein
kinase II complex.
If I am not wrong presently these two terms (alpha and beta subunits) are
present as part of enzyme under function and not for complex  

casein kinase II catalyst
casein kinase II regulator 


suggested definitions:

term:casein kinase II catalyst
definitions : catalytic part of the casein kinase II complex comprised of alpha
subunit dimer

term:casein kinase II regulator
definitions : regulatory part of the casein kinase II complex comprised of beta
subunit dimer

you may want to rephrase them for function.
