Hi Gramene, The new "Rice I-Map (FPC)" is great. Congrats!

I haven't explored it a lot, but it seems like it isn't showing
as many links to markers on the wheat maps as might be there. Maybe only
the markers that are also mapped in rice? For example GrainGenes probe
WG110 (sequence AA231665) links to Gramene BAC/PACs AC087595, AP003451,
and AP003433. The latter is in CUGI ctg24 on chromosome 1. But displaying
ctg24 vs. wheat chromosome 3D in the Map Viewer doesn't show the link.

Is this because the wheat markers haven't been directly insilico mapped
against the FPC map yet? If so, is this something you're planning to
do? The query for all the GrainGenes probes that are both mapped and
sequenced is
www.graingenes.org/cgi-bin/ace/query/graingenes?query=find+probe+sequence+AND+locus
The query for all the corresponding sequences is
"find probe sequence AND locus; follow sequence external_db=genbank".

Also a bug report. The Feature Detail for marker ABC174,
http://www.gramene.org/cmap/feature?feature_aid=24434, has a link to
"View at GrainGenes" that isn't working. It generates the URL
http://www.graingenes.org/cgi-bin/WebAce/webace?db=graingenes&class=Locus&object=
, i.e. no object name.
