Iam a student &have question

Dear Mr./Miss
Hello ,I am a student in Tehran university. I am MS student . My major is 
plant breeding and my thesis is about Biotechnology . I  want to ask a 
question from you. Please guide me . My material is japanese barley  I want 
to work about dwarf genes. I want to tell me How many gene contorol it and 
do you have linkage markers to these gene .
Or you can’t say and you must experiment .please mention me .
