Phenotyping meeting

I discussed this with some of the animal folks at the recnet GO meeting.
We all agree that we need to get together. However, there is also
general agreement that a meeting at/after ISMB is not the time to
do this. (a) too many necessary people will not be there and Edmonton
is not a place to go to for a day (!) (b) exhaustion.

I will send out an email in the next couple of days with a formal
proposal for a w/end meeting in the fall on the East coast (NY/Boston/Washington).

I think a w/end dedicated to phenotypes with all of the key players is the
way to go.
