We do not provide rice markers, but the SSR primers are available
commercially from Research Genetics (now a part of Invitrogen). Go to
their website at:
http://www.invitrogen.com
Do a search on "mappairs". This will return links to several PDF
files. Click on the first one to get a brochure that explains how to
you can order primers.
You can also email info at resgen.com
The rice primers are called "ResGen MapPairs Rice cDNA Library Markers".
Regards,
Noel
